K-Pot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, established in 2018, offers customers a unique dining experience with the option to enjoy Korean BBQ, Hot Pot, or both!
We are seeking a Regional Manager to join our operations team. In this role, you will oversee field restaurant operations within your assigned region, including pre-opening, opening, and post-opening stages. You will ensure the success and profitability of restaurants while adhering to corporate standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the new store opening (NSO) process in your region, ensuring smooth launches.
- Oversee and support the health and performance of new stores post-opening, resolving issues as needed.
- Implement corporate initiatives and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across your region, ensuring compliance.
- Conduct audits to ensure locations meet updated SOP standards and operational requirements.
- Maintain proactive communication with franchisees, local managers, and corporate teams to align goals and strategies.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of new store opening procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Fluency in English and Mandarin required.
- Proven track record in managing multiple locations or regions in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment, including experience with new store openings (NSOs).
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing store performance, conducting audits, and resolving operational challenges.
- Familiarity with developing, implementing, and auditing corporate initiatives and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with franchisees, local managers, and corporate teams to ensure alignment.
- Willingness to travel frequently ( with a flexible schedule.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Hangouts, etc.).
