Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Staffing Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and an understanding of the temporary staffing industry. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth within the temporary staffing services. You will also have the opportunity to sell our additional portfolio of services which include transportation, warehousing and fulfillment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our customer base.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met and service delivery is seamless.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of temporary staffing services and workforce solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
