We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Duties
- Assist in the assembly line processes by assembling components and products as per specifications.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to fabricate and assemble parts.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Support warehouse operations by organizing materials, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Utilize forklift equipment as needed for material handling tasks (certification may be required).
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes is a plus.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts is advantageous.
- A strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks within the labor environment is essential.
