We are seeking a talented graphic designer to join the RealFaith team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity and design, and a heart aligned with our mission to share the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. This role involves creating visually compelling materials that resonate with our audience and uphold our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and Development :

Create high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including sermon series artwork, social media content, website assets, email campaigns, advertisements, YouTube thumbnails, and merchandise.

Brand Consistency :

Ensure all designs adhere to RealFaith's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across various platforms and projects.

Conceptualization :

Collaborate with the marketing / advertising team to develop innovative design concepts that effectively communicate our message.

Project Management :

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

Fast-Paced :

The ability and eagerness to turnaround fresh concepts and projects with little advance notice in order to meet rapid and ever-changing social media landscape is absolutely vital and non-negotiable.

Communication and Collaboration :

Work closely with Operations Director, Marketing Director, COO, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and effective visual storytelling.

Qualifications :

Experience :

3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator). Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro / Final Cut, After Effects) is a plus.

Portfolio :

A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work across multiple mediums.

Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to take direction and constructive feedback.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Alignment with RealFaith's mission and values.
