Job Summary
The General Laborer is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, repairing, and stacking raw materials, sub assemblies, and / or finished goods under immediate supervision in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. This role ensures KPS Global is able to meet quality, safety, and productivity standards and satisfy customer requirements.
Major Responsibilities
- Performing duties in accordance with current Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and KPS Global Code of Conduct requirements
- Cleaning components with solvent and hand tools
- Inspecting products to conform to quality, engineering, and customer requirements
- Operating hand tools including electronic and pneumatic powered tools
- Repairing minor voids
- Loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials and product utilizing lifting equipment when available
- Completing and maintaining all associated electronic processes paperwork including checklists, stamping, blue prints, bar coding, and shipping / receiving materials
- Maintaining departmental housekeeping and 5S standards
