KPS Global is looking for a Technical Services Project Coordinator, to join the Parts Group.
The Technical Services Project Coordinator oversees orders and order workflow throughout the order life cycle. This individual is responsible for orders that turn from the Technical Services portion of the business. This individual is the point of contact for all field personnel regarding orders and is the main conduit for communication between the field, plants and Technical Services Specialists. They will be the point of contact to the customer for PO, shipping & invoicing issues as well.
Required Skills
- Manage ongoing Technical Services orders
Coordinate installation worksheets with project managers and Turnkey Manager
Train on any & all changes per the customer spec or requirements- that affect orders and ability to process in a timely manner
