- Identify problems and initiate corrective action

- Ensure employee safety via SMS processes and procedures
- Determine man power requirements to meet schedules
- Facilitate internal continuous improvement processes
- Participate in formulating manufacturing policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bilingual English and Spanish speaker preferred
- Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills both verbal and written
- Ability to direct associates using facilitation and demonstration techniques
- Mechanical aptitude to interface with people and processes
- Able to manage multiple short-term tasks at the same time
