Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team full-time. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for leading the estimating team, preparing detailed estimates for commercial construction projects, and managing design-bid-build projects. This is an in-office position with limited travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the estimating team in preparing accurate and detailed estimates for commercial construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure comprehensive and competitive bids.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Review and validate all estimates before submission.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimators.
- Prepare and/or review bid packages and participate in bid negotiations.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the estimating team.
- Travel as needed for site visits and bid meetings, with limited travel requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction estimating, with at least 3 years in a senior estimator role.
- Extensive experience with commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of design-bid-build project delivery.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
