Role: Senior Sales Executive (Digital Transformation & Cloud/VMWare Solutions)
Position Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic, self-driven Senior Sales Executive who excels at building their own pipeline and developing lasting client relationships. In today's rapidly evolving cloud landscape, particularly with Broadcom's acquisition of VMware creating market uncertainty, we stand uniquely positioned as a vendor-neutral partner helping clients navigate their cloud and digital journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Drive your own lead generation and prospecting activities to build a robust sales pipeline
- Develop and nurture C-level relationships across target accounts
- Create and execute strategic account plans to penetrate new markets
- Build trusted advisor relationships with clients
2. Solution Consulting:
- Guide clients through their cloud transformation journey, whether they're moving away from or reinforcing their VMware investments
- Provide vendor-neutral advisory services across all major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises solutions
- Help clients evaluate and implement alternative solutions in response to market changes, including Broadcom's VMware acquisition
3. Service Portfolio:
- End-to-end VMware services: management, monitoring, upgrades, and migrations across any platform
- Cloud migration and modernization services, including our Migration Factory as a Service
- Digital transformation initiatives, from legacy application modernization to cloud-native development
- Data center optimization, consolidation, and decommissioning services
- Application modernization and reengineering solutions
- Enterprise integration services, including Salesforce and SAP consulting
- Strategic staffing solutions and managed service programs
- FinOps and cloud cost optimization services
- Data analytics, AI/ML, and advanced business intelligence solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of successful sales experience with demonstrable self-sourced wins
- Strong track record of building relationships and closing complex technical solutions
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and data center technologies
- Experience navigating and selling during periods of market disruption and transformation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling to both VMware and non-VMware environments
- Background in infrastructure transformation projects
- Experience with Fortune 500 client engagement
