Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager to lead and manage capital raising efforts for KR Real Estate Developers. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with investors, securing funding for large-scale luxury real estate projects, and implementing strategic fundraising campaigns. You will work closely with senior leadership to align fundraising strategies with the company’s development goals and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Fundraising Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure capital for KR Real Estate Developers’ luxury property projects.
• Investor Relations: Cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and financial partners to raise funds for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Identify and Target Funding Sources: Research potential investors and funding opportunities that align with KR’s growth objectives. Identify venture capital firms, private equity investors, and other real estate investment sources.
• Create Fundraising Materials: Prepare and present compelling investment decks, financial projections, and other materials to support the fundraising process.
• Collaborate with Executive Team: Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and other executives to develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close investment deals.
• Manage Capital Campaigns: Lead and manage capital campaigns for real estate development projects, ensuring targets are met within defined timelines.
• Track Fundraising Performance: Monitor the success of fundraising initiatives and report progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all fundraising efforts comply with relevant laws and regulations and provide regular updates and reports to investors.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, capital raising, or investor relations, preferably in the real estate, luxury development, or private equity sectors.
• Network: Established network of investors, including high-net-worth individuals, venture capital firms, private equity investors, or family offices.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex financial and project-related information.
• Analytical Ability: Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and create financial models, project projections, and investor materials.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proactive and Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, work independently, and manage multiple fundraising projects simultaneously.
