Frida's is hiring a part-time experienced server.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Server to join our full-service restaurant team. Our ideal candidate will excel in an elevated environment, demonstrating exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills to provide outstanding steps of service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Present menus, provide detailed descriptions of menu items, and make recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Monitor and observe guests' dining experiences to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables quickly and efficiently
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Stay knowledgeable about menu changes, daily specials and restaurant happy hour
- Uphold high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and professional conduct at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a server in a full-service restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Wine and spirt knowledge
- Must be available Tuesday and Wednesday evenings
