Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on solar energy systems
- Identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions with solar panels, inverters, and related equipment
- Collaborate with customers and provide exceptional service and support
- Conduct system troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve performance issues
- Perform repairs and replacement of faulty components or equipment
- Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance performed
- Proven experience as a Solar Service Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and their components
- Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment used for troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work at heights
- Valid driver's license
