What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time receptionist Assistant position at Kraemer Brothers?
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Maintain and organize front desk area and office supplies
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Act as a point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal staff
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Perform other tasks as needed
- This is a part-time position (approximately 20-25 hours per week)
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience with similar duties preferred
