- Team Operations Management
- Comprehensively responsible for the daily operation and management of the company's sales, technical customer service and project management team, to ensure that all departments work together efficiently to improve the operational efficiency of the enterprise.
- Process Development and Optimization
- Formulate, implement and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to make the enterprise's workflow more systematic and standardized.
- Utilize existing resources and tools to automate business processes and reduce the need for large-scale system investment, thus effectively enhancing employee efficiency and output.
- Target Management and Business Promotion
- Setting the key operational targets (KPIs) of the organization and responsible for leading the team to accomplish the monthly business targets..
- Strategy Analysis and Implementation
- Analyze and implement business development and growth strategies to drive the company's continued growth.
- Compliance and Standardization
- Ensure that the company's operations comply with U.S. and target market laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Cost Control and Resource Optimization
- Analyze operating costs and identify opportunities for cost savings, such as optimization of logistics, supply chain, and employee time utilization.
- Customer Experience Management
- Analyze customer feedback and optimize customer service processes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty; design and implement customer experience improvement plans on a regular basis.
- Data Analysis and Decision Support
- Use data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to monitor operational performance and market trends, and provide data support to company executives.
- Talent Development and Team Building
- Evaluate the ability of sales, technical customer service and project management teams, provide training or mentoring programs; cultivate the backbone of the team and clarify the career development path.
- Supply Chain and Logistics Support
- Monitor inventory levels, adjust purchasing plans according to market demand, and prevent stock-outs or inventory backlogs.
Job Requirements:
1. Academic background
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in engineering, engineering management or related majors.
2. Work experience
- At least 5 years of work experience in sales management, technical support, customer service and project management, specializing in management and execution.
3. Skill requirements
- Skilled in enterprise process optimization and SOP management, with successful cases preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, able to quickly identify bottlenecks in business operations and provide solutions.
- Proficient in using project management and automation tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, Zapier) is preferred.
4. Communication and Teamwork
- Cross-cultural communication skills, ability to drive collaboration and innovation in a diverse team, Chinese language skills preferred.
5. Leadership and Stress Management
- Responsible and detail-oriented, with strong stress management and team leadership skills.
