SUMMARY
This role will assist in the club's overall game day operations and customer service. The incumbent will work closely with the Hospitality & Administration Manager along with various team staff in their daily game day activities. This position entails a great deal of organization and attention to detail while providing a first-hand experience of the game day operations of a professional sports team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the preparation of game days and special events
- Help with the coordination of pre-game, in-game and postgame guest experiences
- Assist with pre-game and in-game youth soccer and hospitality events
- Deliver first-class customer service to all guests at the stadium
- Work on special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must be available on a part-time basis, committing to a minimum of thirteen games throughout the regular season
- Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have a sense of accountability
- Knowledge and passion of the sport of soccer is preferred
- The successful candidate would be outgoing, dependable, trustworthy and possess strong interpersonal skills
- Additional relevant education, training or experience is a bonus
- Must be 18 years or age or older
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel.
- The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
