The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Production Team Members to work at our facility in Kirksville- MO. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated and be willing to work in a team orientated- fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standard.
Role / Title:
Kraft Heinz-Kirksville Plant is seeking interested candidates to fill hourly production and general labor positions. We proudly make Oscar Mayer square ham products. We have announced our expansion and are growing!
The Operations Technician will perform various assigned duties in production- basic maintenance and sanitation
Positions vary depending upon departmental needs.
Key Roles:
- Work with and under direct supervision of Team Leader.
- Work in a Cold Environment- 32 degrees – 48 degrees depending on the assignment.
- Able to work with other people in a team concept.
- Perform production-related functions as assigned.
- Perform basic maintenance duties as assigned.
- Learn Standard Cleaning Methods and assist with scheduled plant cleanups.
- Abide by all Plant policies- Safety Regulations- and Industrial Hygiene Regulations as a condition of employment.
- Share ideas and concerns with all members of the team.
- Perform other duties as dictated by the operation or directed by the Team Leader.
- Maintains compliance with Kraft Heinz – Kirksville Safety Policies & Procedures.
- This position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Kirksville- MO- QRMP accountability document.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience and basic computer skills preferred.
- Positions involve lifting- bending- and stooping.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willing to work any shift.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
