What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts & Service Outside Sales Representative position at Kraft Tank Corporation?
The Parts/Service Sales Representative is responsible for customer service and inquiries as it relates to repairs, parts and maintenance/equipment, as well as completing cold calls and generating sales through new or existing customers at our Oklahoma City, OK location. This role is designed to build customer relationships by facilitating customer needs and request relating to parts/service. Additionally, the Parts/Sales Representative will also assist in attaining and referring sales to other parts of the company to achieve long-term sales goals. Your duties will also include promotion of aftermarket sales, addressing customer concerns, and collecting profiling information to enhance the customer experience.
Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for order intake, maintenance, and increase in business by utilizing a proactive customer approach.
- Serve as a primary contact for assigned accounts regarding all interactions with Kraft Tank Corporation inbound and outbound.
- Achieve set Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly goals and targets.
- Ensure that all systems are updated and maintained accurately in CRM and ERP systems.
- Proactive Parts Sales and Service product revenue increase.
- Share sales leads with internal Parts team to help grow the territory.
- Develop contact list of new prospects and make initial and follow-up contacts with these potential customers.
- Ensure proper follow-up on opportunities, requests, and inquiries with Customers.
- Coordinate weekly meetings with Parts and Service Manager to review sales goals, forecasting and areas of opportunity or development.
- Convey important customer needs information to the Parts and Service teams.
- Offer mechanical and technical assistance when able to help customer with equipment concerns.
- Coordinating cross-functionally with the Parts, Service, Sales, and Leasing team as needed to ensure services are completed in a timely manner to achieve parts sales goals, objectives, and consistency.
- Be a constant learner of the industry by developing product knowledge and maintain proper sales materials.
- All other duties and responsibilities as directed and required.
