Position Description
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing front line support to external and internal customers to ensure that all administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service. This role requires a high level of organization, customer service, strong problem-solving skills, a high level of accuracy, safety, and productivity.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of sales agreements, including explaining terms and conditions to customers, collecting deposits, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective and current customers, providing information on available units, addressing concerns or issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records, customer information, sales agreements, and related documentation using the software or database provided.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.
- Responsible for issuing LPO/MPO’s to perform work and/or service on units.
