As Product Director, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of two major franchises in for Krafton Americas. You'll build deep, collaborative relationships with the development studios, ensuring tight alignment between product, publishing, and creative vision. Your role will involve guiding the go-to-market process from conceptualization to launch, addressing challenges and ambiguities that come at all stages of the development cycle, by using data and insights to prioritize the team's work. You'll activate and work closely with cross-functional publishing teams and drive excellence in franchise planning to ensure long-term success.
Directing and mentoring junior product managers and fostering talent within the team will be essential to elevate their expertise and ensure the success of the portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Set a standard of excellence in all Go-To-Market and Product Planning processes so that supporting publishing teams are empowered to do the best work of their careers.
- Develop and execute fully integrated go-to-market strategies for new IPs, aligning closely with development studios to ensure both creative and commercial success.
- Manage the product lifecycle the Krafton way: start lean, refine and validate the core gameplay loop, foster a growing community, and scale effectively.
- Build and maintain a legendary partnership with development teams, becoming a key player in product vision and execution.
- Lead budget management for game launches and live service monetization, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Mentor junior product managers to enhance their skills and drive team success.
- Lead franchise planning for Krafton's IPs in the Americas, ensuring cohesive brand development and player engagement.
- Regularly present insights, plans, and strategic recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
- 10 years of experience in product management or game publishing, with a focus on franchise planning and product launches with developing IPs.
- Proven track record of building strong, trusted partnerships with development teams and launching successful games and IP extensions (e.g., music, TV).
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, with a passion for talent development and team success.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multinational teams.
- In-depth understanding of core gamer audiences, player behavior, market trends, and modern channel strategies.
