We're a small, privately owned dental practice in Silver Spring, MD, dedicated to empowering our patients to make informed decisions about their health while fostering a community that values ethical, high-quality care. Now, we're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Coordinator/Dental Assistant to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first friendly face our patients see—greeting them warmly and making them feel at home.
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and ensure the front desk runs smoothly.
• Verify insurance coverage, assist with billing, and keep patient records up to date.
• Work closely with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and a stress-free visit.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, and organizing office documents to keep things running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a dental office or customer service role is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with dental terminology or scheduling software is a bonus.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude—because we love working with people who bring good energy to the office!
