We are looking for a Pool Technician to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of customer service and pool maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, testing chemicals, and adjusting chemical balance as well as inspecting equipment and reporting any issues. This position requires a strong knowledge of pool systems, including pumps, filters, and chemical balances. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Our Team Members must be reliable, maintain a professional demeanor, and have a desire to grow with us as we continue to expand. This is an outdoor job so the candidate must be able to work in the extreme heat, cold, and rain as well as other weather condtions and lift up to 100 pounds once a day.
Responsibilities:
- Brushing tile line, walls, and stairs
- Vacuuming pool and spa
- Emptying skimmer baskets, pump baskets, and cleaner bags
- Skimming/Netting pool surface
- Test and adjust chemical levels in pools
- Check filter pressure and backwash filter as needed
- Visually inspect pool equipment for leaks
- Use route software to record and report service information to customers and any issues to management
- Drive responsibly in company provided truck
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must possess a valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Must have a smartphone
- Must be able to maintain 10-12 pools in an 8 hour day
- Pool maintenanced experience required
Pay:
- $15 to $20 per hour based off experience
- Weekly paychecks
- W-2 full-time position
- Paid training
