We are looking for an Account Manager in Germany to optimise client relationships, success, reference capability & business growth.

What you'll do
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts to drive growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to provide clients with a seamless experience.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and challenges.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities in the CRM system.


What you'll need
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relations.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
