- Able to work fulltime hours Monday – Thursday and occasional Friday morning training
- Monday 7am-3:30pm
- Tuesday 7am – 5:00pm
- Wednesday 8am –6:00pm
- Thursday 8am-4:30pm
Duties
- Welcome patients and create a warm friendly environment
- Manage front office duties including answering phones, check front office mail and email, communication with patients and insurance companies
- Verifying patient benefits and explaining coverage
- Schedule and manage appointments for multiple providers
- Filing insurance claims and following up on outstanding claims
- Review treatment plan fees, payment options and handle inquiries while insuring a positive patient experience
- Utilize Dentrix and Dental Writer Plus for patient scheduling and records
- Reconcile account receivable
- Post insurance and patient payments
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of dental and dental sleep medicine terminology to facilitate effective communication
- Assist in maintaining precise and organized patient records by accurately interpreting and transcribing dental and dental sleep medicine terminology
- Stay updated on evolving dental and medical terminology, codes, and industry standards to enhance your knowledge and contribute to the team’s proficiency

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail for documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying informed about industry updates
Preferred Experience
- 1 years of experience in a dental or medical setting
- 1 years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable
- Dentrix or other dental software experience

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
