We are a dynamic and growing consulting firm seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as an Accounting Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our accounting team and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes preparing and reviewing complex financial analyses and reports, managing the accounting team, and coordinating and preparing for audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review complex financial analyses and reports.
- Manage the accounting team to ensure efficient and effective operation.
- Coordinate and prepare for audits, including liaising with external auditors.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- CPA designation preferred.
