The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Minimum 1 year experience in auto mechanics
- Basic mechanical ability and understanding of vehicle systems including electrical systems
- State inspection license (not applicable in Delaware)
- Completion of required brake certification and some OEM training; optional hazardous material training
- Self-starter with good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with supervision
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and School Bus Endorsement or willingness to obtain one.
