Krapf Transportation CDL Driver / SEPTA CCT Driver.
Qualifications : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and / or abilities required :
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid CDL Class B license with passenger endorsement.
- Must meet physical qualifications for a DOT physical and drug test.
- Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle record, criminal history record, and child abuse history record.
- High School Diploma Required
- Must be willing to work 10-12 hour days at least 3 days a week (Part-time) and Full-time at least (4 days) 10-12 hour days.
- Schedule includes weekends and holidays on rotation.
- Ability to effectively manage passenger behavior in a non-confrontational manner.
- Ability to manage vehicle and passenger emergencies calmly and appropriately.
- Ability to safely load and unload wheelchair passengers, following Company procedures
- Operate a lift for passengers who cannot navigate the bus steps.
