We are seeking a skilled Consultant with expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RCM processes and configuration and will be responsible for resolving incidents, managing master data, and performing post-refresh tasks in a SuccessFactors environment.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in SuccessFactors RCM Processes & Configuration
- Proficient in RCM Incident Resolution and troubleshooting
- Strong experience with Master Data Management in SuccessFactors RCM
- Ability to handle Post Refresh Instance Tasks in the RCM module
Preferred Skills:
- Additional certifications or training in SAP SuccessFactors RCM
- Experience in RCM integrations and data migration
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors reporting and analytics in the recruiting domain
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve RCM Incident tickets effectively and within defined SLAs
- Troubleshoot and resolve Master Data Incidents to ensure data consistency and accuracy in Recruiting Management
- Execute Post-Refresh Instance Tasks to ensure smooth operation and configuration post-refresh
- Provide configuration support and guidance on RCM Processes for optimal performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to enhance recruiting processes and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Support and assist with the implementation and improvement of RCM system features and workflows
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of RCM
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and share best practices within the team
- Maintain compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations related to recruiting processes
