Project Overview:

We are seeking skilled Software Developers (Technical and UX Designers) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have expertise in UI/UX design, SharePoint Online development, and front-end technologies. You will play a key role in designing user-friendly interfaces, developing custom SharePoint solutions, and enhancing user experience across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Developer (UX Designer)
• Design and develop intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces with a focus on usability and responsiveness.
• Utilize Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and design assets.
• Apply strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy to create engaging designs.
• Ensure cross-platform and responsive design principles are incorporated into development workflows.
• Work closely with developers to integrate UI/UX designs into functional applications.
• Iterate quickly on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing.
• Maintain a portfolio of design projects showcasing creative problem-solving and design innovation.
• Software Developer (Technical - SharePoint)
• Develop custom SharePoint Online solutions, including web parts, sites, and applications.
• Customize SharePoint sites and pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Manage site security, permissions, and access controls to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Implement workflow automation using PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online workflows.
• Develop and maintain Business Connectivity Services (BCS) and work with external/internal content types.
• Configure and enhance SharePoint Search capabilities to optimize content retrieval.
• Manage and optimize document libraries, lists, and metadata for efficient content management.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the stability and reliability of SharePoint solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and developers to deliver solutions that align with business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• 5 years of experience with SharePoint Online, including workflow/forms, BCS, PowerApps, Power Automate, and site customization.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development workflows.
• Solid grasp of SharePoint architecture, administration, and customization.
• Ability to develop custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Knowledge of CAML queries, REST APIs, and SharePoint scripting for advanced customization.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in SharePoint development and UI/UX design.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power BI, or Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with backend technologies (C#, .NET, SQL Server).
• Experience in accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies to enhance UI/UX strategies.
