The Co-op position serves as a development opportunity with the Global Research and Development organization of Kraton and will work with our Regional Belpre R&D team.
Key Responsibilities
The R&D Process Development Co-op position exists as a developmental support position for our Research and Development teams. The position will be involved in day-to-day process engineering support activities and also be responsible for completing 1-2 larger, long-term projects which will be defined at the beginning of the co-op rotation.
The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following :
- Define and complete 1-2 large projects within the rotation period.
- Gain knowledge of the Company's operations and provide support as needed.
- Participate in departmental team meetings.
- Create and deliver end of semester presentation / report to senior management and executive leadership.
