Kratos is seeking an Administrative Services / Recruiting Coordinator to join the Corporate team at our San Diego location. This position is onsite.

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY :
Provides front office administrative and clerical support. Provides administrative support to the human resources function.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Maintains security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception front lobby desk.
- Greets and welcomes visitors as soon as they arrive, determines reason for their visit, and assists as needed.
- Screen visitors through Visual Compliance, maintains visitor logs, and assigns / collects ID badges as needed.
- Coordinating with the Talent Acquisition Team to schedule interviews and travel
- Processes various forms related to documenting human resources activities related to Talent Acquisition.
- May prepare special reports, affirmative action plans, Talent Acquisition Reporting using ATS.
- Responsible for checking the HR General voicemail box and forwarding messages appropriately.
- Sorts incoming mail and delivers mail to appropriate individuals / departments as needed.
- Assists with shipping items via FedEx account.
- May assist with written correspondence, reports, job descriptions, etc.
- Works under supervision
- Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
- May coordinate messages, appointments, information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail.
- Operates automated office equipment.
- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
- Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
High School Diploma or equivalent; and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
