GENERAL JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible for the management of assigned projects and programs and assisting with managing the business relationship with customers on assigned programs while cultivating future business opportunities as they become evident. Monitor all material and labor expenditures and coordinating efforts at the company level for all assigned programs and projects, to ensure program goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Ensure that deliveries meet contract requirements
- Perform short- and long-range program planning to ensure that objectives are met
- Prepare and distribute program status reports to meet internal and external customer requirements
- Interface with customers and suppliers as necessary to build an effective program team focused on common objectives
- Conduct formal and informal reviews with customers on assigned programs to meet contract requirements
- Coordinate with other departments to accomplish all program requirements
- Keep company management informed of all issues, problems, and accomplishments on assigned programs
- Must be at assigned worksite during assigned hours 100% of time; less PTO, FML / STD / LTD
