5-D Systems, a KRATOS Company, is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to serve as an expert advisor and consultant to the Program Operations Director of the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office for coordination and performance of operational and administrative tasks associated with proponent areas which include program planning, prioritization, and management.
The Senior Operations Analyst will :
- Define, establish, and direct organizational focus on complex programs
- Resolve highly complex problems that cross organizational boundaries
- Work with senior management to establish new concepts and criteria that result in the development of new IFMC policy, methodology, and techniques
Within the broad parameters provided, the Senior Operations Analyst works independently to convert broad guidance from the Program Operation Director's to specific individual tasks ensure the guidance is met in the most complete, realistic, and logical manner. The role involves engaging in multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring that principles, procedures, and processes foster teamwork for quality mission performance, products, and services are adhered to by the organization. This role ensures that the organizational cost of maintaining such quality is equitable and reasonable.
