What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Engineer (Temporary/On-Call) position at Kratos Defense?
Kratos Defense & Rocket Support Services is currently seeking a Systems Engineer at Huntsville office location. The Systems Engineer will provide the knowledge and skills to implement technical strategies, evaluate products and provide a superior level of technical support. This is a temporary, on call role. Candidate should expect to work no fewer than 8 hours per week to begin, with possibility of increasing hours up to full time.

PRIMARY DUTIES :
- Conducts studies, technical assessments, system analysis and architectural level analysis of UAS systems to determine system performance and effectiveness
- Develops, plans, coordinates and integrates UAS systems related requirements to support operational needs
- Develop, coordinate, staff and execute UAS training for team members and customers
- Supports UAS system design, mishap analysis and corrective action development
- Support UAS system demonstrations and deployments as required
- Develops, gathers and organizes UAS system related information
- Support UAS subsystems integration and flight testing
