What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Accountant position at Kratos Industries LLC?
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
At Kratos Industries, Staff Accountants will work onsite, internally to prepare, review, pay, collect, track, and organize any financial tasks related to bookkeeping similarities. Responsible for maintaining financial procedures and confirming financial compliance to reflect the most accurate information, meeting financial regulations. Staff Accountant work under the Controller and along other team members leading the path to ensure Kratos’ Mission is being practiced and achieved.
•Generate invoices for customers.
•Code all vendor Invoices
•Process cash receipts from customers
•Regularly updates financial records/reports for budgeting and job costing allocations.
•Prepare detailed reports, and audit findings.
•Suggests new process methods for improvement and recognizes ways to reduce company expenses.
•Review General Ledger
•Account Reconciliations
•Backup - Follow up on delinquent customer accounts to get balances collected.
•Backup - Process invoices from vendors ensuring invoices, purchase order, and receiver match.
•Backup - Generate weekly cash disbursements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
•At least two years’ experience in accounting or a related field
•Strong mathematical and analytical skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
•Knowledge of different ERP systems, Job Boss knowledge is a huge plus.
•Ability to pass a 10-year background check.
•Proof of Valid DL.

PERFORMANCE BONUS
You will be eligible to receive an annual bonus based on company performance and EBITDA goals achieved annually
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
