Candidate will support those involved in the development, design, and optimization of one or more information technology and systems functions supporting company business processes and technical information syste Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Analysis, selection and modification of enterprise systems, application software, and database management. Provides direction for the effort required to protect the companyis data, tools and information systems. Ensures infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility.iUsually requires subject matter knowledge of user group for practical application of system characteristics. Coordinates delivery of services to user groups and ensures IT service is uninterrupted. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Work closely with Program leadership to ensure all System Engineering requirements are met Ensure timely and accurate SDRLs are submitted according to customer prescribed schedule Chair / Host / Support all required IPTs, TIMs, WGs and Ad hoc meetings SecDevOps processes and related Agile practices (Atlassian suite) Work closely with system developers, test, and on-site user support personnel to support system updates, analyze and resolve system issues, and ensure project objectives are met. Develop and deliver effective customer presentations (support design reviews, status reports, kickoff meetings, test plans) demonstrating an ability to communicate comfortably at a system level Keyword : System Engineering, Product Owner, requirements, system documentation Required Experience : BA / BS Degree in STEM or other related field 7 to 10 years working with SATCOM system requirements, design, reliability, and development 7 to 10 yearsiexperience with vehicle production and planning Experience taking customer system requirements and generating a requirement complaint design Experience generating and executing Requirement Traceability Verification Matrix, Test Plans, and Test Procedures Experience guiding a diverse group of engineers across multiple disciplines Travel as necessary to attend conferences and customer meetings Preferred Skills and Experience Experience with space to ground ICDs #LI-Hybrid Competitive salary based on experience and education Salary Range : $160,000-$185,000 Kratos is valued for our ability to design and deliver leading edge, resilient solutions for aerospace communication, control, awareness and mission success across a continuum of offeringsifrom commercial to tailored custom solutions and integrated programs.
