Job Overview
Kraus Motor Co. is seeking a very strong candidate to fill a vital role in our post-production assembly process. This hands-on position requires the ability to read drawings, follow assembly instructions, and use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble products with the highest level of quality and care. The ideal candidate can balance multiple tasks simultaneously, take direction, and work autonomously. They should be highly dependable, driven, and passionate about their work. It is essential for the candidate to understand which tasks need priority, as tasks will vary from day to day. This position requires an individual who can work effectively with limited supervision and in coordination with multiple teams.
Duties will include, but are not limited to.
- Receiving Anodized products and inspecting per the QC protocols
- Confirm and process the packing slip.
- Manage discrepancies for no-pass QC.
- Perform the Laser marking process.
- Pre-assembly product stocking process
- Assembly of products per BOM instructions and drawings
- Pre-Pack of assembled products
- Skin board/Packaging process
- Create and affix the SKU on all product packages for sellable inventory stock.
- Perform final QC process before stocking on the inventory shelves
- Manage manufacturing orders to replenish inventory shelves
- Assume responsibility for quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds expectations.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner
- Adhere to safe working practices and always wear the required personal protective equipment.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor/lead.
- Keep the entire assembly area clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Excellent hand-eye dexterity (able to assemble small components quickly)
- Able to see and grasp small parts and components.
- Ability to problem solve quickly for the best outcome.
- Mechanical ability to use small power and hand tools with confidence.
- Knowledge of hardware types and sizes needed for proper assembly of parts.
- Able to follow directions.
- Time management and organizational skills
- Action-oriented and driven by results
- Self-Motivated and willing to step up to assist others or take on additional tasks when time allows.
- Maintains a positive "can-do" attitude and works in cooperation with other team members.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 4:30 p.m. with a 30-minute break. This position may require some overtime, depending on workload and deadlines. Must have reliable transportation and the ability and willingness to work full shifts and assigned schedules.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
