Service Technician

Description of the role:

The Service Technician position at Krause Auto Group is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles.
• Identify and repair mechanical issues.
• Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functionality.
• Communicate with customers regarding repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Technician.
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Certification in Automotive Service Technology is a plus.
