Position Summary:

Full time entry level position in a fast paced interior design showroom! Join Kravet Inc. as a Showroom Merchandiser/ Memo Librarian and play a vital role to our team.

Key responsibilities:

• Fill sample requests
• Maintain sample room inventory
• Reorder missing samples
• Remove discontinued product
• Condense bins/shelves as needed
• Scanning and removing discontinued product from the showroom sales floor and adjusting placement of current product to follow merchandising standards.
• Adding new collections to wings and hanging galleries with special attention to spacing and Kravet’s color order standard.
• Auditing and adjusting pricing on labels if necessary
• Putting out correct signage for brands and collections
• Organize book library and keep current
• Positive can-do attitude, with a willingness to take on any task to support showroom goals.
• Education and/or internship experience in the Interior Design field a plus
• Ability to project a professional demeanor and polished appearance at all times.
• Strong organizational skills
• Possess strong time management skills, with ability to multitask.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing personality to interact with designers both in person and over the phone.
• A goal-oriented, team player.
• Lifting up to 30 pounds when needed.
• Hourly pay range: $16.00 - $18.00
