Krayer Detective Agency is currently seeking Security Guard applicants who are Pennsylvania Act.235 Certified for a Part time Position totaling up to 22.5 Hours Per Week along with events as needed.

Requirements:

Must Own an Acceptable Firearm and Ballistic Vest

Must have a valid Pennsylvania Drivers License, Must Participate in our First-Aid Classes,

All School acceptable Clearances Required

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at our facilities. This position requires a strong commitment to protecting people and property, as well as the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations. The Armed Guard will work closely with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, ensuring a secure environment for all.

Duties

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor premises and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct regular inspections of security systems and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or concerns.
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
• Provide first aid assistance when required, maintaining CPR certification for emergencies.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies during incidents or investigations.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.

Experience

• Previous experience in law enforcement
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and conflict management techniques is preferred.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus; candidates should be willing to obtain these certifications if not already held.
• Experience in military service or related fields can be beneficial for understanding security protocols.
• Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential for this role.
