Krazan & Associates, Inc., an industry leader in Site Development Engineering is looking for a Project Manager for our Clovis office
We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record, strong work-ethic with a professional attitude. The ideal candidate will have materials testing and inspection experience and knowledge of ICC certifications for a geotechnical engineering or materials testing company.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years-experience performing Testing & Inspection work, managing projects from proposal stage through to finish (contract review, job set-up, budget management, change order, RFP/RFQs, review and final letters).
Position Requirements:
· Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
· Proficient reading construction blue prints
· 5 years related project-based testing and inspection experience
· Strong written and verbal communication skills including the proficient use of MS Word and Excel, Outlook, etc.
· Ability to understand client needs and translate into deliverables
· Self-motivated, flexible and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
This position requires the ability to:
· Lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. regularly
· Work outdoors in varying weather and temperature conditions
· Stand for long periods, walk on uneven ground, and perform work in small spaces that may involve stooping, squatting, and crawling for extended periods of time
· Work safely by following all regulations, safety procedures, and company policies
· Must have and maintain a good driving record and be insurable under our company vehicle policy
