Job Summary:
We are seeking an Online Logistics Manager to oversee and grow our online sales department. This role is essential in managing product listings, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring that our online platforms (Instagram/Shopify) run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, online sales, and customer service, with a preference for prior experience with platforms like eBay, Shopify, Mercari, and similar.
As a self-starter with the ability to work independently, you’ll help drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure that customer interactions are positive and professional. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet sales metrics while contributing to the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize online sales platforms (eBay, Shopify, Mercari, etc.) to increase product visibility and sales.
- Create and manage product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and photos.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and manage inventory for online platforms, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate online sales promotions and social media marketing efforts to boost sales.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, making adjustments to strategy as needed.
- Ensure all transactions are processed efficiently, including order fulfillment and tracking.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of online sales trends and best practices.
- Work closely with the in-house team to ensure smooth product handling and shipping.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience in online sales, social media management, and customer service.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology and using various online sales platforms ( Shopify, Instagram, Ebay, Mercari, etc.).
Preferred:
- A two-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Prior experience managing e-commerce platforms and handling online sales processes.
- Familiarity with inventory management and shipping processes for online orders.
