Krazy Bins in Boardman, OH is looking for one store manager to join our team. We are planning to open a new location in Boardman. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.

We are hiring a results-driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management of our Kent location.
The successful candidate will be able to manage the staffing assignments and performance evaluation of all store employees. The candidate should have strong communications skills, organization skills and have the ability to merchandise a store effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in retail management, store operations, employee recruitment, and are customer focused. The store manager's responsibilities will include supervising all employees, reporting to ownership , coordinating with Operations, HR and being an active participant of the management team.
Responsibilities

*Develop and executing the merchandising plan to grow store sales and , expand store traffic to optimize profitability *Coordinate and plan the weekly employee schedule. *Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring employees that interact with customers (cashiers), maintaining a high level of employee satisfactions thru effective communications and performance feedback. *Hold your staff to high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service *Oversee the compliance with store policies and procedures *Oversee the daily close process to include, close operations and financial balancing of the registers. Handle the daily and weekly cash deposits. *Maintain outstanding store condition, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards *Collaborate with the management team on buying trends, customer needs, customer feedback and market conditions *Propose innovative ideas to increase purchase propensity *Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths *Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) *Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance *Additional store manager duties as needed

*The successful Store Manager candidate will use a variety of soft skills and industry knowledge to provide the most comprehensive support they can, which can include: *At least 5 years of proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager *Powerful leadership skills and a retail business orientation *Customer management skills *Strong organizational skills *Good communication and interpersonal skills *Ability to multi-task in a face paced environment *General computer skills with spreadsheets/ word processing, and presentations *Associates degree or equivalent
