We are seeking a creative, results-driven Director of Marketing to join our team at Krber Supply Chain in Dallas, TX. This pivotal role will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Krber's brand awareness, foster customer engagement, and position us as a thought leader within the supply chain industry. The Director of Marketing will specifically work closely with trade shows and support our continued efforts in growing Krber's presence at industry-leading events.
This role requires a seasoned marketing leader with expertise in trade show strategy, brand development, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supply chain innovation and will bring a wealth of experience in building impactful brands in a highly competitive landscape.
Your role in our team
- You will lead marketing efforts for trade shows, ensuring Krber's active and impactful presence at these key industry events.
- You will manage trade show strategy, planning, execution, and post-event follow-up to maximize engagement and ROI.
- You will collaborate with sales and product teams to tailor messaging and materials that resonate with event attendees and prospects.
- You will develop and implement promotional campaigns before, during, and after events to boost visibility and participation.
- You will shape and drive Krber's North American brand positioning to ensure a consistent, impactful narrative across all marketing channels.
- You will work with the leadership team to define long-term brand objectives, ensuring alignment with Krber's global vision.
- You will develop and manage marketing initiatives that enhance brand perception and recognition in the supply chain and logistics space.
- You plan and execute a digital marketing strategy that includes content marketing, social media, SEO, email campaigns, and paid advertising to build Krber's online presence.
- You lead the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and videos that articulate Krber's value proposition.
- You will manage the company's social media accounts, creating engaging content, and fostering a strong online community.
- You will monitor social media trends and engage in relevant conversations to enhance brand recognition.
- You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities within the supply chain industry.
- You will use analytics tools to monitor marketing effectiveness, track KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize marketing ROI.
- You will work closely with sales and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with customer needs and business goals.
- You will lead the Marketing team and help manage the internal and external marketing efforts.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- You will collaborate with external agencies and vendors to deliver best-in-class marketing materials and campaigns.
