Pay is $25.00 / hour
Hours. 4 : 00pm-12 : 00am, Tuesday-Saturday.
The Field Supervisor's primary focus is to be the face of the company to KRE Security Guards on site. Field Supervisors are to be the implementers of best practices and procedures for guards at their sites, including working and meeting with the client to determine what those are and training the guards to ensure client satisfaction. Field Supervisors set the example and standards for all guards within the company.
Client Sites are assigned to KRE Operations Managers and managed by those Operations Managers and their Field Supervisors, who are required to train all employee’s at their assigned sites, maintain compliance with site standards, and maintain site specific company post orders for their assigned sites.
Ultimately, you are trusted to help us remain in compliance, ensure efficiency, maintain client satisfaction and profitability during the course of business.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all field operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Clear, concise communication with written post orders and verbal communications with all guards and KRE management team is a requirement for productive work practices.
- Site work is a requirement in the event of a call off to ensure contractual agreements are being met.
- Training and assessing all newly hired employees for Management Assigned Site List.
- Perform quality controls and monitor productivity of guards via the Belfry Guard Tour System.
- Train and supervise staff to the standards of KRE Security LLC, and client needs.
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service, and guard services.
- Writing accurate and clear, Mentoring and Disciplinary forms is a necessity for staff development.
- Current PA ACT 235 Certification.
- Proven work experience as Security Officer, LEO, or Military.
- Familiarity with Security and Safety Compliance Standards.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Leadership ability.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience in a Security Field
