Location: State College Area - College Student Housing

We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Guard to join our team on a per diem basis for an apartment building dedicated to college students. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills

Ability to respond quickly and calmly to incidents or disturbances

Previous security or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Flexible availability to work on a per diem basis (varied shifts, including nights and weekends)

Ability to maintain a visible, approachable presence

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol the apartment building to ensure safety and security of residents and property

Check in visitors and maintain logs of entry/exit

Respond to any security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies

Enforce building rules and regulations with respect and professionalism

Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the management team

Assist with general safety concerns and provide assistance to residents as needed
