Saturday & Sunday 10am - 10pm; extra shifts to cover time off
First 90-day period, MANDATORY IN OFFICE. Upon successful completion of probationary period, we can have a conversation about a possible WFH position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain schedules for security personnel across multiple locations.
- Ensure coverage needs are met while optimizing workforce efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members to address changes, emergencies, or special assignments.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to enhance operational effectiveness.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in dynamic situations.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and tools.
- Prior experience in scheduling or a related field (preferred).
