Main Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol the apartment building to prevent unauthorized access. Check in visitors and maintain logs of entry/exit. Respond to any security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies. Enforce building rules and regulations with respect and professionalism. Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the management team. Assist with general safety concerns and provide assistance to residents as needed.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills. Ability to respond quickly and calmly to incidents or disturbances. Previous security or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
