Locally owned regional security company seeking multiple candidates to fill

1) One PT Scheduler- To work Friday and Saturday from 10p-10a

1) One PT Scheduler- To work Saturday and Sunday 10am - 10pm

18.00 / hour with scheduled increases

Work Laptop / Phone

Work Remotely upon satisfactory completion of on-site probationary period and at occasionally at other times when business needs dictate, (Training on site at our offices in Hamburg, PA)

MUST RESIDE WITHIN A 1 HOUR DRIVING DISTANCE OF HAMBURG, PA - BERKS COUNTY

We are looking for someone who checks ALL of these boxes :

  • Coordinating daily schedules and managing the flow of people : as a scheduler, you determine KREs daily, weekly and monthly client schedules. You receive the work orders or customer requests and use them to develop a schedule based on client requests and needs. Your job is to create daily work plans that balance various elements and ensure efficient production processes.
  • Modifying work schedules : when you oversee a client schedule for the first time, you create the initial work schedule. However, when companies have existing work schedules, your job is to modify the schedule to suit changing conditions, for example addition or deletion of hours, special add on assignments, extra guard coverage, holiday needs, training for new guards. This list is not all inclusive.
  • You organize employees by assigning duties and creating rosters.
  • You answer phone calls and request new client information for Security Service Needs to be passed to Upper Management. You accept current clients requests for changes and then confirm back in an email and place a copy in the client file.
  • Respond to email inquiries, request for service in a timely fashion.
  • Any changes outside of what the current client contract contains MUST be obtained in writing or with written confirmation.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur.
  • Manage a high volume multi-line phone system for incoming calls and coordinate appropriately.
  • Documenting and Communicating Internally
  • Ensure client & employee demographics are updated correctly in the Belfry system.
  • Prioritize calls to determine if immediate action is needed.
  • Manage cancellations, call offs and find alternative coverage or placement for all involved.
  • Checking and completing daily tasks.
  • The ideal candidate will be required to possess a high school diploma or GED. Must have valid Drivers License.

    Background checks WILL BE completed. Felonies are an automatic disqualification, Misdemeanors subject to Review. We operate under the guidelines of the "Private Detective Act of 1953".
