Physical Therapist Clinic Director
We are seeking an experienced and driven Physical Therapist (PT) Clinic Director to lead and develop our new physical therapy clinic set to open in April, 2025! The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing clinic operations, hiring and managing staff, and delivering exceptional patient care. Initially hands-on, the role will transition to a more management-focused position as the clinic grows.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Salary : Up to $110,000, guaranteed full-time salary during ramp-up even with a reduced initial case load.
- 401(k) with 3% company match.

- Dental stipend up to $1,500 per year.
- Health insurance stipend covering 50% of monthly premiums.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) : 2 to 3 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities :
Partner with the clinic owner to build and expand the practice.
Provide one-on-one patient care in 60-minute sessions.
Participate in marketing efforts and field visits to promote clinic services and build referral networks.
Support consultation and onboarding activities during the clinic's launch phase.
