Physical Therapist Clinic Director (PT)
Our growing outpatient physical therapy provider is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our expanding team in Newark, DE! This role offers the opportunity to work across two locations, with one designated home office, providing high-quality, one-on-one patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position Overview
The new PT will be involved in both an acquired clinic and a brand-new clinic opening from scratch . The acquired clinic comes with an existing patient base and credentialing already in place, while the new clinic is set to open within the next 10 days with a quick credentialing process.
The ideal candidate must be willing to float between both locations as needed , though they will primarily be based in one clinic. The two locations are only 6 miles apart .
Compensation Package
- Salary : $90,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)
- Bonus : 10% productivity-based bonus tied to clinic growth
- Health & Dental Insurance : 100% employer-covered for the employee, 50% for a spouse
- 401(k) Plan : 4% employer match
- Unlimited internal continuing education opportunities
- Paid Time Off (PTO) : 15 days
- Paid Holidays : 9 holidays 1 floating holiday
- Performance bonuses & potential profit sharing
